Recruit Direct is a professional skills recruitment company that caters for the greater labour market where skilled and semi-skilled placements are required. We are based in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa and this allows us to concentrate our efforts to the demands of the economic power hub of Africa, however; national and international placements are made possible by utilizing resources and networks at our disposal. Our history is embedded in the IT industry and we have a dedicated team concentrating specifically on Information Technology placements.

With the use of specialized recruitment software, online resources, social media and the best recruitment consultants in the industry we are able to service the needs and requirement of both candidate and client alike.

We understand the intricacies of the business world and placing the right candidate with the right company is what we do best. Planning & Strategizing

We then design a specific, targeted plan for each search assignment, which includes identifying companies with desirable candidates – those who may possess the necessary skills and talents you seek.

Negotiation

When you’re ready to make an offer, we will serve as a liaison to clarify issues such as compensation and benefits, including potential relocation.

Our team of experienced recruitment professionals uses a variety of resources to identify and contact potential candidates, directly and confidentially. Each potential candidate is carefully screened to determine whether his or her skills and culture would match your needs.

Acceptance
